3. User Accounts
To access personalised features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable Use Policy

- You acknowledge that access codes are personal and non-transferable.
- You agree not to share, resell, or distribute access codes to third parties.
- Access codes are valid only for the specific tests they unlock and may have expiry conditions.
We reserve the right to revoke access codes that are found to have been shared or misused.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, blog posts, study materials, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to GeoIndica TESTpro and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.
Personal, non-commercial use of Platform content for study purposes is permitted, provided you do not remove any copyright notices.
7. User-Generated Content
When you submit comments, contact messages, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Platform.
